None of them is a missing feature. They all follow from one decision: the person on the other end is found for you instead of chosen by you.
Hanging up is the start of the next one
On a normal call, hanging up is the end. Here it can be a transition — Next ends this call and opens another one with someone else.
Nobody gets your number
Because there is no contact to add, there is nothing to give out and nothing to take back afterwards.
No missed calls
Nothing is queued for you while you are away. A session only exists while both people are in it.
One thing worth saying plainly
A call you cannot redial is a different kind of conversation.
It sounds like a limitation, and sometimes it is. But it also removes the part of meeting someone new that makes people careful — there is no contact list to end up on and nothing to withdraw afterwards.
